I have many landscape images, mainly from the Scottish Borders and also the Isle of Skye, where we make relatively frequent visits. Some of these images are post processed using HDR (High Dynamic Range) techniques, to get the most out of the information in the digital images. Can be extremely useful with "contrasty" scenes.
I prefer to get out early in the morning or late evening when taking these photos when the "light is right". I have seen me leaving the house when it is still dark and getting set up for the sun rising. Its very peaceful first thing in the morning (when you get the weather) and is good for unwinding...
