Sam Leitch Memorial Autocross

The Sam Leitch Memorial Autocross, held at Sprouston, near Kelso in the Scottish Borders, on Sunday 2nd October. The course was extremely slippery after a heavy nights rain, testing the competitors to their limits! The event was promoted by the Border Ecosse Car Club, had around 35 competitors in total, in 8 different classes.

The "Specials" seemed to dominate most of the racing, having the upper hand, in most cases, over the more standard looking vehicles in the wet, slippery conditions.
